- Self-guided tours (Sgts)*: 2 hrs, Yen 6,000/1-6 people (not per person); 4 hrs, Yen 12,000; 6 hrs, Yen 18,000; 8 hrs, Yen 24,500; add 7% for each person over 6pax; I have many PDF examples of these tours, used by recent clients; to understand how they work, just ask and I will send you a few;
- Guided tours (Gts)*: 4 hrs, Yen 39,000/1-6 people; 6 hrs, Yen 56,000; 8 hrs, Yen 72,000; add 7% for each person over 6pax; I only work with licensed bilingual guides and the guided tours are always designed by me, OKed by the client, and then followed by the guide;
YJPT transfer, reservation, car, ticket service prices
- Transfers from any A to any B in Japan: Yen 4,500/1-6 people to reserve a van or sedan for airport transfers (and other transfers) or Yen 4,500/1-6 pax for an A to B transfer from any A to any B anywhere in Japan: can be used for trains, subways, buses and taxis or a combination of all four transportation styles in a single day; I have PDF examples, used by recent client that I can send you; just ask;
- Cuisine experiences & reservations: Yen 4,500/1-6 people/reservation, including taxi instructions to and from the restaurant or train | subway | walking instructions to and from the restaurant; again, I have PDF examples that I can send you if you request them;
- Private car | bus & driver transportation arrangements: Yen 4,500/1-6 people/reservation to reserve a vehicle (sedan, van or bus) and driver with the transport company. [Generally, the per hour charge for a sedan or 9-seater van is Yen 9,000/hour/vehicle anywhere in Japan; buses for 10-24 are about Yen 12,000/hour.];
- Advanced train tickets & other ticket pre-purchased at the client’s request: Yen 4,500/1-6 people/ticket set (+ Yen 1,500 to courier the tickets to your arrival hotel);
- Private geisha | maiko entertainment (Gion, Kyoto): Yen 210,000/couple (for larger groups please inquire); includes an introductory Gion district stroll; a haute cuisine multi-course kaiseki dinner in a fabulous old Gion garden restaurant, an interpretor, and a 90-min maiko dance performance & the chance to take photos (up close and personal).

YJPT payment options: credit card, Wise, bank transfers
Private travel arrangements designed by Your Japan Private Tours Ltd are always approved, step-by-step, by the client (family, small group or corporation). This means that you, the client, will only receive an invoice for payment when the FINAL OK has been given by you, the client.
Once you have Final OKed the itinerary design--including all the services you chose for your Japan trip (guided tours, self-guided tours, Digital A to B transfers, restaurant reservations, and other client-specific services)--an invoice will be issued for payment. The client is requested to pay 50% of the invoice total IF they have booked any guided tours. If the client has only chosen self-guided tours (i.e., guided tours), the client is requested to pay 100% of the charges in advance.
I accept all major credit cards (processed by Square dot com). I also accept direct transfer payments via Wise (formerly TransferWise). International bank wire transfers are also no problem. The choices are all yours!

Your Japan Private Tours' cancellation policy
Your Japan Private Tours' cancellation fees:
Down payment cancellation fees: USD 500 down payments, to retain my services and pay for designing the client’s Japan private tour request, are subject to a 60% cancellation fee.
- 30 days prior to a Japan tour or travel service: 15% of the total charges;
- 21-11 days prior to a Japan tour or travel service: 30% of the total charges;
- 10-6 days prior to a Japan tour or travel service: 60% of the total charges;
- 5-0 days prior to a Japan tour or travel service: 100% of the total charges.
Notes: 1. Cancellation notice timestamp: The cancellation charges are based on the date and time when the cancellation notice is received in Japan Standard Time. 2. Down payments: Down payments are deducted from the total cost of the client’s Final OK tour package. 3. Your Japan Private Tours is a registered & licensed sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada.
